Spend your day being instead of doing. Join wellness concierges, Sara Szunyogh and Britta Rael, at one of San Diego’s premier educational farms, for a full day of mindful movement, community connection, and feasting. Learn valuable techniques for mindfulness and mobility, connect with your local community and immerse yourself in the subtleties of nature's powerful medicine!

-Practice yoga & meditation in a gorgeous semi-outdoor, covered practice space.

-Tour the farm with one of Wild Willow’s staff docent, and learn about foraging wild plants.

-Learn simple techniques & recipes for healthy eating through the lens of Ayurveda, the yogic ‘science of life'.

-We’ll bring all of this mindfulness together over a family style meal prepared lovingly with fresh, organic farm ingredients.
