Eating is a highly personal activity and is far from a one-size-fits-all endeavor. This event focuses on reconnecting to our own personal needs and desires with the way we choose to nourish our bodies. This class will assist in the experience of eating becoming a form of daily meditation.
1 part discussion, 1 part yoga class, 1 part meal, this event will include:
A short discourse on what the teachings of yoga instruct for eating your way to self-healing wellness.
Digestive building breathing exercises and digestive balancing asana (postures) to encourage regulation of this delicate system.
A hyper-local, seasonal, nutrient dense meal
Conversation, relaxation and laughter to follow.
